Overhauls of lathe machines
Included in overhaul works range are among other:
- complete disassembling oflathe;
- regrinding of all sliding guideways and spindle taper;
- regeneration of travels lead screws and manufacturing of new nuts;
- regeneration of tailstock and tool holder / manufacturing of new barell bush sleeve;
- review and repair or replacement of electric installation;
- painting of lathe according to arrangements with client;
- adapting to basic /minimum/ safety requirements;
- reassembly, test procedures;
- mounting of linear scales and digital readout display for 2 or 3 axes; technical consignment (option).
