Overhauls of milling machines
Included in overhaul works range are among other:
- complete disassembling of milling machine;
- regrinding of all sliding guideways of main column, knee, cross slide, table and overarm beam;
- replaning of table top surface (widening of T-slots);
- regeneration of travels lead screws and replacement of all nuts;
- replacement or regeneration of worn out machine elements;
- review and repair or replacement of electric installation;
- painting of milling machine according to arrangements with client;
- adapting to basic safety requirements;
- reassembly, test procedures;
- mounting of linear scales and digital readout display for 3 axes (option);
- technical consignment.
