Description
Milling machine nummerically controlled FVF45N is a modern machine with extensive machining possibilities.It is featured by high rigidity,large versatility, easiness in operating, high accuracy and most of all reliability. Adapted in it modern design solutions enable dynamic and economical machining in cutting process.Advantages and universality of this machinetool let exploiting it both in all kinds of toolrooms, prototype workshops or operations of movement maintenance, aswell as in serial production. The milling machine is built with grey iron cast bodies,machine main column is divided and joined with guideways at an angle of 45 degrees, what allows to gain large working space, with keeping required rigidity. Spindle head has been placed on side of overarm rest, what with possibility of swivelling it, allows working with vertical spindle, and also in horizontal arrangement of milling machine. In machine overarm designed is a special arbor, which makes possible to mount a steady rest for supporting milling arbor (as option). In travel axes X,Y and Z used are rolling transmissions driven by servo motors, and in spindle drive an asynchronous motor supplied by frequency inverter. In machinetool mounted is controller Heidenhain TNC320, but it co-works with success also with controller TNC620 or iTNC530.
